The room felt a bit cramped, especially with the double bed being two single mattresses pushed together. The bed, honestly, was uncomfortable. Sleep just didn’t come easy with that setup. The air conditioning left much to be desired as it switched between too hot and too cold, making it hard to find that sweet spot. On the bright side, I appreciated how clean everything was, and the daily housekeeping was spot on. The staff tried their best to help when I had a hiccup with the taxi service. they spoke Spanish for me, which took a load off my mind. Now, about the location – it’s around 23 minutes to Sol by train, which isn’t so bad, but keep in mind the night transport was a drag. I did like the convenience of parking being free and quite available. Also, the vending machines on-site provided some quick snacks and drinks, which were useful. Just be prepared for limited dining options around, as there's not much nearby. A few cafes and a mini-market were within reach, but that was pretty much it. Overall, it’s a pretty basic place that fulfills the essentials but needs serious improvements in comfort aspects and dining convenience.

Had a great time with friends! The hotel was super clean, and we loved the spacious kitchenette for quick meals. It’s just a short walk to the train station, making it easy to explore the city.
The A/C was central, so we couldn’t control the temperature in our room, which was a bit annoying.

I stayed in a Triple Room which was really spacious and comfortable for three people. The kitchenette was a nice touch, making it easy to prepare simple meals. The location, right by the train station, made getting into Madrid super convenient. On the downside, there weren't many nearby dining options, and a thicker blanket would have been great since the sheet was a bit thin.

We had a spacious family room with basic cooking facilities, making it super convenient. The nearby metro station allowed easy access to the city, and we enjoyed our time exploring Madrid's highlights. Plus, the vending machine meals were a lifesaver for our busy group.
My wife says that the hotel could use more dining options nearby.

Friendly staff and convenient access to the train took us into central Madrid quickly! The breakfast was basic but quite affordable, allowing us to save money for dining out. An on-site snack bar provided quick bites when needed. 😊
The air conditioning could improve as it was inconsistent, making the room feel warmer than desired sometimes.

Spacious, convenient, cozy.
I had an incredible time enjoying the spacious Double Room Kitchenette, which made my stay so much more comfortable! Being just a 5-minute stroll to the train station was a game-changer for exploring the area. Also, having a kitchenette meant I could whip up my favorite snacks whenever I wanted, making it feel like a home away from home!
would recommend 🥰✨
